Return & Exchange Policy
At MixMatchTCG, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality collectibles and accessories. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
Trading Card Products (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Other Sealed TCG Items)
Due to the nature of collectible trading card games and to maintain product integrity, all sales on trading card products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sealed TCG products, including but not limited to:

Collector Sets
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Accessories (Playmats, Deck Boxes, Sleeves, Binders, and Other Non-TCG Items)
We offer a 14-day return policy on accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

A refund will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
