Flat Rate Shipping

  • We offer $6.99 flat-rate shipping to the lower 48 states in the U.S.

Alaska & Hawaii

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available upon request. Please contact us before placing an order so we can arrange shipping options.

International Shipping

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier but generally range from 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping

  • Expedited shipping may be available upon request. If you need your order sooner, please contact us before purchasing to discuss available options and pricing.

Delivery Signature

  • We offer a delivery signature option. If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please add the "Delivery Signature" option from our Services tab before checking out.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MixMatchTCG, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality collectibles and accessories. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Trading Card Products (Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Other Sealed TCG Items)

Due to the nature of collectible trading card games and to maintain product integrity, all sales on trading card products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sealed TCG products, including but not limited to:

  • Booster Packs

  • Booster Boxes

  • Elite Trainer Boxes

  • Theme Decks

  • Collector Sets

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Accessories (Playmats, Deck Boxes, Sleeves, Binders, and Other Non-TCG Items)

We offer a 14-day return policy on accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@mixmatchtcg.com within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used accessories

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Custom or special order items

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mixmatchtcg.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will provide further instructions for returning the item.
